We always strive to make products that match world-class purity, considering health first. In order to match our world-class quality, we have an integrated continuous plant.

We have a total manpower of 255, which helps run Bhushan Oils and Fats at full capacity. We have a total of more than 50+ machines of different types, like the Alfa Laval Separator Continues Bleachers with PLF Continues Deodorizers, Boilers, a Fully Automatic Bakery Filling Plant, an Automatic Filling Machine of Refined Oils and Vanaspati and new and advanced instruments in Laboratry like G C Machines. This helps achieve a production capacity of 300+ MT per day and 1,00,000 MT annually.

Bhushan Oils and Fats does internal packaging while keeping product quality in mind. This enables us to keep client costs to a minimum. In terms of the raw ingredients, these are examined at laboratories that ensure product quality. The entire process of manufacturing and production is done at Bhushan Oils and Fats.
